I wasn't happy because they showed up and disappeared. They had a second crew come in, but our progress was delayed by two months. I'm still waiting for them to come back and do a second part. There were some issues that I'm not quite happy with but overall I'm satisfied.

A couple of areas that I think Interlock Roofing could have improved on during the project is I wish they would have told me that they cut two more holes for ventilation. One of the holes were above my garage and leaves a mess. I wish that they put snow stoppers in the back of the house as well as in the front of the front house.

They had to redo my roof twice because it was installed crooked and even now, on the third try, it’s not the quality I expected. I never thought, given the sales pitch about how well trained your crews are and how proud Interlock is of its work and product, that I would encounter the poor workmanship I have. I am so disappointed.
