Metal Shingles Nictaux, NS Review
Review: November 17, 2020Completion: October 20, 2020I thought the areas around the house would have been cleaner. There were many pieces left and lots of the roofing nails left behind. The job was done very quickly and we love the look of the house.

Review: November 15, 2020Completion: October 3, 2017The crew were great to work with and did a fantastic job of installing my roof. It is now the envy of the neighborhood. The house looks great and stands up very well to everything that nature throws at if.

Review: November 10, 2020Completion: October 13, 2020I assume Damon must be keeping himself too busy with his job these days, but, somehow I had not received any picture of roof top of my house as he promised me. It is over a month since it was completed.

Standing Seam Kingston, ON Review
Review: November 9, 2020Completion: December 27, 2020They had two crews show up. The first crew left but they should have stayed and done what they could. I wasn't happy because they showed up and disappeared. They had a second crew come in, but our progress was delayed by two months. I'm still waiting for them to come back and do a second part. There were some issues that I'm not quite happy with but overall I'm satisfied.

Metal Shingles Wainfleet, ON Review
Review: November 9, 2020Completion: October 13, 2020the onsite work crew could communicate their work schedule more clearly, they often did not start until after 11am, and on the days that they didn't show up they did not call, we were rain free many days despite the weather report forecasted and the work crew would have know that should they have called and checked with us. The roof would have been completed that much sooner, therefore decreasing our stress that the high winds and rains would penetrate the roof. Overall we felt Albert and… Read more →

Metal Shingles Bourget, ON Review
Review: November 7, 2020Completion: October 17, 2020I would recommend Interlock Roofing to a friend because they did a good job. A couple of areas that I think Interlock Roofing could have improved on during the project is I wish they would have told me that they cut two more holes for ventilation. One of the holes were above my garage and leaves a mess. I wish that they put snow stoppers in the back of the house as well as in the front of the front house.

Metal Shingles Ottawa, ON Review
Review: November 5, 2020Completion: October 29, 2020Quality assurance. You need a foreman on site. They had to redo my roof twice because it was installed crooked and even now, on the third try, it’s not the quality I expected. I never thought, given the sales pitch about how well trained your crews are and how proud Interlock is of its work and product, that I would encounter the poor workmanship I have. I am so disappointed.

Metal Shakes Seaside, OR Review
Review: October 26, 2020Completion: July 7, 2020Interlock Roofing could improve on informing me of outlying factors while they were completing the roof and they don't return calls. The roof placed on our home by Interlock Roofing leaks because the siding was bad on one side of the roof and Interlock Roofing did not inform me while they were replacing the roof. When I reached out to Interlock Roofing, they stated the siding was good when they placed the roof and stated they would replace the siding but they will no longer answer my phone… Read more →

Metal Shingles Marysville, WA Review
Review: October 23, 2020Completion: September 3, 2020They did well. We were given information on how other roofs are put together, so it was an easy decision because of how Interlock Roofing roofs are designed. I work with a background in construction, and the only thing I would advise is that during the build they take photos of the progress and assemble a closeout package that way the homeowner has something to look back on to reference and if they sell the house they can transfer that as part of the warranty for the new owner.
