Quality assurance. You need a foreman on site. They had to redo my roof twice because it was installed crooked and even now, on the third try, it’s not the quality I expected. I never thought, given the sales pitch about how well trained your crews are and how proud Interlock is of its work and product, that I would encounter the poor workmanship I have. I am so disappointed.
