I liked the product but I did not like the service or how things were handled. Their finance person was quite rude and made derogatory comments to other employees. They were also wrong about the information they gave on several points and I almost dropped the project because of it. Despite the installers, the experience was awful. The other staff was rude and lacked good communication skills.
