I hope I never have to deal with them again ever. I wouldn't subject anyone else to them. They could communicate with the customer. I am paying the bill, they could treat me with a little respect. I would have liked to know when they were coming and where they were going to put it. I think they had other jobs and bumped me to the end. Who would know because no one spoke to me? I can't believe I spent $39,000 with a company that was such a bunch of assholes. There's no customer service and they obviously don't care. I wrote a letter to the salesman at his request about what kind of customer service I got and I got nothing in return.

“The installer was an asshole. He speaks russian and has no communication skills. The company has no communication skills. I called customer service 4 times and never got a call back. The salesperson is cute as a button. He gave me a number to call and that person didn't give a damn what was going on. I called this man and he said he'd take care of it. It took 10 weeks to get it installed instead of 4-6 weeks like they said. Nothing about that company was as advertised. The installer showed up with no warning. I left them a message that it's been weeks and where are they. I had his number only because he called me. They asked if I wanted it to be sent, I told them to send it. I called him back and there was no response at all. Here comes the installer a week and a half before they planned on installing it. Our property says no trespassing and this guy comes up and loads a bunch of crap in front of the bedroom window. They don't communicate or ask us if there is somewhere we want them to store it. When my husband came in they had it pretty much unloaded in front of a bedroom window. I asked them if they had a phone number and called us to say they were coming. When they finally showed up a week and a half later they took almost 10 days to put the roof on and I was told 4. It was miserable. We are still picking up nails and pieces of that roof because they didn't clean up after it. No one called back. One thing they have going for them is the salesman. I never dealt with a less professional business. I could not have worked with a more frustrating company ever. This better hold up for that price. I'll take them apart for that work if it doesn't. If I run into the salesman, I think he was sincere, but there wasn't another company that didn't give a damn. There was no customer service at all.”

“We were told by the salesman that they would remove the first 6 feet per the code of the old roof, because there was no ice barrier. Nothing is up to code and that's one of the code issues. We knew they'd have to remove it. The installer got really defensive and smart mouth with me. He said there was underlying and I asked how do we know from here. He said I could get up there and look and he said the only place I could see it was in a dangerous place. After that night, he boxed up every ladder so there was no way we could get up there and inspect to see if he was lying. I don't think there is an underlayment. When it blows off they will replace the entire roof. When I talked to him about it I talked to the salesman and he said he'd talk to him and get him to take a picture. He took a picture 2 inches off the edge of the roof and that doesn't show me anything. The installer asked if I had any questions for him or if I am just going to deal with the salesman. He was a jerk.”
