  The salesperson did not help the project along. I felt it would have been smoother if I was quoted the right amount, and I was told $13 sq ft, and I was charged $16 sq ft, and they did not put my complete tear off in my contract. It was frustrating as a customer, especially when things were having to be backtracked.
