When we met with John during our consultation we showed him a "ridge" in our roof that we wanted fixed when we got a new roof installed and it was not fixed nor was it communicated to the installation team until I mentioned it to them. I believe it may have involved work beyond the crews capabilities and they were to afraid to admit it.”
