If they chose to come out and fix the one problem post-installation that we encountered, that would have gone a long way toward having an overall favorable opinion of the company. Having an installation crew that speaks fluent English would be an improvement. And as mentioned, communications from the office could have been better. Disappointing in some ways but we're hoping that the quality of the roof and its installation will prove to be good as time goes on.

The crew chief spoke fairly good English but there were times when he obviously misunderstood what was said to him. Tried more than once to get an interpreter to come out to facilitate communication on important points. Never saw one. The crew supervisor, who came out a couple of times, was not bilingual in the way we needed.”
