  yes, with provisos. Vetting installation crews. Obviously some are much better and more well organized than others. I assume many, if not all, of there crews are subcontractors. I do not have a particular issue with that but it can lead a randomness in the quality of your installation. I would recommend you read all of InterLocks literature on installation and cleanup and it there are differences in what is said and what is actually happening on your site - CALL THEM!
