“They didn't communicate well. It required a lot of effort on my part. A lot of me calling and telling me they would call me back. There were some issues in the office. I believe there was a health issue going on, but someone else should have been there going forward. The roofers didn't arrive at my house on Monday, no one showed up and I was supposed to get a call back. I asked to postpone it for a week, and the next week on Tuesday, the roofers were there and apologized, as they were at another job, and they started my job. Halfway through the project, and not even getting my old roof off, and they took the dumpster away. I had roofing materials, and there were high winds that were blowing off debris into the neighbor's yard. I had a truck here to take away the dumpster, and I was trying to get one more load into the dumpster. Then my husband and I helped the workers and put it in our recycling bins, and they were trying to put it in their truck. They came back another day, but we were having high winds, and there was nowhere to put the debris, and shingles, and the shingles they were cutting were left. As much as I liked the workers, they were extremely respectful, hardworking, and professional, but the process was not easy and I am not sure if I could recommend them because of the process. It was very hard, and very expensive. There should have been a better process.”

He said no, I had no idea, I didn't think they were coming until later. He was scrambling to get the materials before they were taking it away. I tried to get them to leave the dumpster and I made a call. He said, I am just here to do a good job for you. They were so sweet.”
