Have a person in charge, make sure someone speaks English. Don't lie. This was the most poorly executed project and overall I'm still disappointing. I regret it so much and feel so stuck. I'll see how this winter goes and bring in my own expert and see if there is a possible legal course of action to pursue my complaints.
