I am considering taking out a full-page add to warn people. They could've kept me informed of the delays. I am very disappointed and disgusted with the product and customer service that I have seen. They made this winter a living hell and have ruined my porch. They will not respond. I can't believe they won't respond. I think the Interlock parent company should consider separating themselves from midwest Interlock to keep themselves maintained.
