There are areas that they fell short on. One would be the coordinating effort with the solar panel installation project. Another, would be more consistent and timely communication with the ridge cap repair. My feedback is real feedback and I appreciate this opportunity to be called on again for this survey. I needed the extra time, for things to be taken care of. We had to combine a metal roof with the solar panels. It's a smart thing to do together.
