  I understand the approach in the industry, having been in the industry, relative to trying to close the sale on the day that the person comes out because that actually, understandably, has a cost. But I'm not sure that approach in making a one-time opportunity available is something that people in general, or me specifically, find to be optimal. I'm sure they'll be familiar with the specific procedures.

  After canceling I asked if I would be receiving my $1700 deposit and I was told because I canceled more than three days after signing the contract I wouldn't be receiving it, even though you people did not hold to your part of the contract by fulfilling your 6 to 8 week .In that time period I never heard from you ...I had to contact you....after contacting you, then I received a call saying you were ready to install...too little. ..too late
