Communication . If the crew can't speak English - someone should have talked to them then to us every day - the project lasted 7 calendar days very large roof 4,800 sq feet . Lack of Project Management . Interlock seems so busy ,I got lost in the shuffle . I spent $48,000 it was treated like a $3,000 job from a no name one man company . I had 3 choices for a roofing company . I picked the most expensive - $48,000 . The salesperson Dave Harrison wasextremely good at his presentation . A relative had a roof done and was very happy with workmanship .How I was treated from a Customer Service - Interlock should be EMBARRASSED ! . I had to make telephone calls after telephone calls , get interpreters , E- Mails after E-Mails -- still writing E-mails today . STILL NO RSOLUTION . I live in New Hampshire .. I may end up coming to Delta BC so maybe my issues can get resolved !!Business is so good , interlock doesn't have time ... Competitors are always ready to fill the gap ...
