Interlock was unable to contact him, but didn't contact me about it. The problem wasn't noticed until the installers were ready to start, resulting in a delay before the installation could begin.   I'm not sure at this point. They could improve with a more accurate completion-to-start time. Also, they could use screws instead of nails. It would be a lot more professional-looking to not have cut-off nails in the underside. I really wish they used screws instead of nails. It looks really unprofessional. The gentleman called and talked to the manager and made everything flush. Before that, we had one-and-a-half-inch nails exposed under my roof.
