Communication from the administrative staff Roof looks great. However the scheduling, communication and the ordering of the wrong color really made this more difficult and confusing than the job needed to be (Rolland and Lavenna). YES, homeowners typically need play by play communications since their lives are impacted by this rather large type of job - and that means responding in a timely fashion and being aware. Not professional to ask for full payment before the job begins, either (Lavenna). Perhaps more employee training? We hope this helps. Thank you.
