  I wish there were a 4.75 rating, or something between 4 and 5, because although we are quite happy with our new roof...my policy is never to give a 5 out of 5 rating. We now have a beautiful, high quality, life-guaranteed interlock roof. This is on the Oregon coast. When the interlock installation crew was here, they worked, long and hard, and as long as the light (and weather conditions) would allow.   Beautiful roof and would recommend for others looking at options for new roofing. I feel that 25% of the project cost required up front is a bit much. We signed agreement in late November and job was not done until late June of the following year (7 months). It seems like a lengthy time to have quite a bit of money tied up and something less (10-15%) would be more appropriate.
