My job was delayed, which I understood. But then they couldn't find my materials, do it was delayed again. Then there were rain delays. Then they didn't have enough materials, so finishing was delayed again. The job that was supposed to take 3-5 days took 3 weeks. Glenn did deduct some money from my overall bill because of the mistakes. I love my roof, I just feel that everything that could go wrong did. I originally ordered black but then changed my mind to charcoal gray. When my materials got lost, black was ordered. I like it, but I think I would like charcoal grey better.
