Communication of scheduling was a huge downside of this project. It made the whole process really unnecessarily stressful. I was contacted to move my project timeline up, but all contact info was wrong and bounced back. In the end, the materials were dropped off at a time when I wasn't around to receive them, and I was told my project would start in a month. I live off a busy street and did not want thousands of dollars of aluminum roofing sitting in plain sight on my very exposed driveway. I managed to fit a full sized pallet jack in my compact car and moved the materials into my garage, only to be contacted to following morning and told my job with start the next day. It was stress that could have been avoided with better communication and project management.
