“Unfortunately the installation crew wasn't as communicative as I would have liked. On the first day of installation when they had finished their work for the day I wasn't informed that they had actually left for the day. I have a garage and driveway, when the crew had finished their work they left their large pick up truck and attached trailer parked in my driveway overnight which completely blocked both the driveway and garage. If I had parked my car in the garage I wouldn't have been able to leave. I was not informed that they would be leaving their vehicle in my driveway overnight. In addition to leaving their vehicle in my driveway they had also left ladders and several boxes of supplies in my front yard. I wasn't aware that they would be leaving materials in my front yard. Had I known I would have offered to store these items in my backyard or in my garage. I was concerned that these items were going to be stolen as it's not uncommon for items to be stolen in the neighborhood. After the work had been completed and a few days had passed, I had noticed a leak and notified the company. I was told that someone was going to take a look at and repair the issue on a certain day and that they would contact me; they never came. I wasn't informed that there was a change in plans. After following up the next day I was then told that they would arrive another day/time and they again never came. I wasn't informed that there was a change in plans the 2nd time around. Following this no-show, the company actually told that someone did come and took a look at the issue on that day. However as I was home almost all day no one came while I was home, in addition my home security has no record of someone coming while I was out, which contradicted what I was told. A few days later someone did contact me to let me know that they'd be arriving in 15 minutes and they did arrive to look at the issue when I was home. Although the installation crew wasn't very communicative, Yoshimi Hata was very communicative and I appreciate all of her assistance. I would rate Yoshimi's communication as 5 stars.”

“I have a front pathway and I noticed along the edge of the pathway there are now screws protruding through the underside. The screws that they used to install the roof are protruding at least one inch through the ceiling. I can also see these screws throughout my garage and I can only assume the entire area above my attic has the same issue. These screws are not only unsightly but also pose a hazard should I need to do work in the attic.”
