They could have improved on the communication when the roof was going to be put up. It took them over a year to come out and do the job. I had to call them more than once, and that was not a great part of the experience. I am still waiting for the gutter issue to be resolved, and it hasn't been done yet. I would definitely do it again. I am really happy with the roof that was delivered. I feel very confident that it won't be raining anytime soon in my house, so that is good.
