He was able to accomadate all my requests for information, as well as make shanges to the project when I wanted to make changes after the initial process. The people I talked with on the phone or via email were pleasant & knowledgable, as was the installation crew led by Victor. I would recommend these people to anyone looking for a lifetime roof. “Damon actually seemed to be more of an educator than a salesman. Prehaps this is because I'd made up my mind about getting a metal roof. He did an excellant job of explaining to me why the roof I initially wanted wouldn't work on my house and that he had a better otption. He was right. I like the look of the Intelock Roof better than the taditional metal roof I was expecting and he was able to take care of my requirements... the roof had to work seamlessly with my patio cover... which I also decided to have him replace. In the recent heavy rain (the roof has been on a week) I didn't have any water on my patio for the first time in 40 years.”
