Coordination with Gutter replacement. I told Interlock that I would be replacing my gutters as well and asked if your company could perform that service. Glenn told me that you do not replace gutters. I was surprised because it seems like this would be a natural product pairing for your roofs and some of your customers, like me, would have preferred to use a single vendor for both.Also, I have several roof penetrations, like most of your customers, such as plumbing vents. These vents are ugly and look highly out of place when compared to our new Interlock roof. Thankfully, at my request and the instruction of their supervisor, your installer, Victor, created custom cylindrical wraps around the plumbing vents using the same roofing material and color. Now they look like part of the roof, which has a professional finish. I strongly suggest that you make vent covers a standard part of your product package. We love our new roof!
