Review: May 15, 2019Completion: February 27, 2006The company was very informative and efficient, and we are happy with both the aesthetic and practical results. We are also happy to have a greater sense of security about the danger posed by fire, which has been a worry because we live in a forested area far from emergency services. The workers were polite and professional and cleaned up the site pretty well. It was expensive, but we're very satisfied with the work.

Old roof was taken off in October and install was not complete until late December. Communications regarding schedule and delays were non-existent and each time I initiated contact and was given new estimated dates the dates were not honored and contact wasn't made.

Review: November 13, 2018Completion: October 17, 2018Communications. Roland would argue with me as far as the way the roof looked. I feel he should not be talking to homeowners. Especially if they feel that something is not right. Things that he stated were fine Ivan fixed. I am just very upset that we were offered nothing as far as a discount. Just frustrating. I just hope parts of the roof don't come off when the high winds start. Didn't even get an apology in any form.
