  They could improve on their scheduling, communication, and quote times. Wish they were more flexible to customers when things in life happen. The sales team was good and helpful. The installation team was great. Just wish there was better communication.

  We already have! Communication between Interlock and installers. We are happy with our new roof and we understand that things don't always go according to plan. We weren't really happy about the deep ruts in our lawn and the broken stonework on our patio due to them overloading the trailer with roof tile instead of taking it away more frequently so the load was not so heavy.
