We already have! Communication between Interlock and installers. We are happy with our new roof and we understand that things don't always go according to plan. We weren't really happy about the deep ruts in our lawn and the broken stonework on our patio due to them overloading the trailer with roof tile instead of taking it away more frequently so the load was not so heavy. We warned them the yard was soft and to be careful not to break the stonework! They laid down plywood but then ended up with one tire on the stonework anyway breaking it and leaving large ruts in the lawn. They did fill in the ruts and seed with grass. He kind of shrugged it off and said, "We aren't landscapers". They didn't address the broken stonework.

“The roofer told us we were going to come up short on roofing early on when he had to go buy more plywood. He said the square footage was estimated too low. The reminder of the roofing should have been ordered then, as they knew we would be delayed by the quarantine from crossing the border from Canada that happened with the first shipment. He did however make up some time by getting left over material from the warehouse to keep the work going.”

“The Covid 19 delayed delivery of materials 4days because they were held up in customs. Then the roofer showed up without plywood because of a lack of communication with the salesmen. When he got here I had to help him understand that the plywood was required because he didn't understand that from the work order. That took three days to work out and get started on the roof.”
