Metal Shakes Auburn, WA Review 🇺🇸 — October 22, 2021 | Interlock®
Auburn, WA
I think Interlock Roofing needs to improve on communication with their customers. When the salespeople came to do the sales pitch, the quote form was transferred into a contract instead of a check box form. It is difficult for the customer to understand the exact wording used in the contract. There was a lot of miscommunication because the workers didn't have the paperwork from the salesperson. I'd like to speak with corporate. I had the least positive interaction with the manager. I feel the manager of the job needs to do a walk-through with the paperwork prior to starting the job to avoid problems.
