Scheduling updates for the project before I ask for them would be good. This job got pushed out 3 times with only 1 day notice. Scheduling to be here is very difficult with this short notice. It would be nice if the Forman of the installation crew would talk to me when they show up and also when they are leaving each day. I am also awaiting a refund for services not needed but included in my original quote.
