“Mr. Glenn came into our home. We told him our budget and then he said it would be a little over that. Then he gave us a quote that was $10,000 over our budget. Then he starts hard selling. He keeps making calls seeing if he can lower the price. After that, he said he needs an answer, yes or no, right now. When we hear that, we show people the door. If he can lower it that much, why didn't he start out there in the first place? We've done our research, and this was way overpriced. It's a really good roof, but don't start off high and then act like you're doing us a favor by lowering the price.”
