I was told the installation crew would consist of three to six men, and only one installer came to my home. Also, I was told that the project would take less than one week and the project took three weeks. I love the product and how the roof looks on my house.

The installers made up where Rolland failed to do his job. I spent ten hours cleaning the windows and it turned out they were the wrong windows. I had to contact them to get them ordered and expedited. Rolland should have done that.
