Following the sale, communication was completely inadequate. It always fell to me to have to reach out for information. At times during our several months of waiting in silence I found my self concerned that I may have been scammed. Once the crew arrived they were polite and professional, however they showed without enough material to complete the job, necessitating a week's delay with the roof half completed. THEN, THEY LEFT A LARGE TRAILER FULL OF DEBRIS IN MY DRIVEWAY FOR 3 WEEKS AFTER THE JOB WAS COMPLETED. IT REQUIRED A CALL FROM US TO HAVE THE TRAILER REMOVED. While we are pleased with the roof now that it is installed, we cannot recommend Interlock to anyone based on the deplorable customer service.
