I recommended someone. There was a rot in a board in my roof; the installation crew did not replace it and did not mention anything to me. I spoke to the instillation manager, Randal, and he said that the installation person would come back(This was a week ago).Ten minutes ago, I tried to call him and he did not answer. I am still trying to contact Randal, to replace the rotten wood. I am going to try to recommend people when ever I can; everyone asks about my roof when they see it.
