COMMUNICATION!!Don't make appointments and then not show up, don't miss appointments and make customers call for days to find out why and when the new appointment will be just to not show up again. ANSWER the PHONE when people call, having customers sit without information is infuriating and just makes them unhappy from the start. So...Communication and customer service improvement would be great. We were very upset with the wasting of our vacation time, had we known you would cancel 3 appointments to install just to not show up until after the leave from work was over, we would have gone and done things on our vacation. Instead it was just us sitting around the house very angry wondering if they were going to show up at all or even call....you wasted our time, and my husbands vacation time.

“Was not happy with the making and repeated canceling of appointments. My husband took off 10 days of work so they could come and install our roof. My husband works the graveyard shift and needs to sleep days...his days off started on the date of our FIRST install day, but they no showed and didn't call for two days, then we set up another appt. day and they didn't show up for that one, then, we set up another appt day and again they didn't come, finally they showed up on the day my husband had to sleep all day for his night back to work. Our full job only took about 20hrs and yet they took forever to get here.Wasting our family vacation time by making us spend it waiting for people to come with no calls and having me leave message after message because no communication was made from them without me initiating it. We were VERY unhappy with the costumer service.”
