“I'm pretty well sold on the overall long-term value of the metal roofing, but it's expensive. They say it's a 50 year investment, and that makes this much better, but I don't know of anyone who has ever lived in a house for 50 years. We only plan to be here ten years, and that's the longest we've stayed in any one place. So for a ten year return, it just was't worth it to us.”
