C O M M U N I C A T I O N. Our sales rep sold us and never called us again. Disappointing. He said he would be in touch with us. He lied. I became concerned and had to call the company. Never once did I receive a call about when the installation would happen. Never once did I receive a call thanking is for our very large purchase. Product is excellent. I am happy with my new roof.Installation guys were excellent. They deserve a bonus or a pat in the back.Financing gentleman was perfect.Sales guy and communication from Interlock not so good.Thanks kelly If your overloaded and can't make sure you are conveying gratitude then you need to hire someone who can make sure that happens.If you are hiring for sales and or Customer Service please call me.425-260-8512
