“We called to cancel and we told them who he needed to call to make the cancellation. He never got back to us either by phone or email. We ended up calling corporate headquarters and they hadn't gotten the word. We felt like Michael just dropped us.”

“Brian was high-pressure but tried to mask it by saying there was no pressure. They were here for five hours and we felt like Brian wouldn't leave until he got a signature, so we signed to get the appointment over with, even though we didn't feel we were ready at that time. We said numerous times that we weren't ready. Also, Brian kept talking about a no exclusion lifetime warranty, and we asked to see a copy of it. Brian said he didn't have a copy of it and that we could find it on the internet. We looked it up and the warranty we found was FULL of exclusions. We called Michael to ask about it, and he said we weren't looking at the right warranty. We felt really uncomfortable with that because it sent up a red flag.”
