This project used an Interlock® Slate system in Black on a home in Lynnwood, WA, completed October 20, 2022. The project covered roughly 22 squares of roofing. Be sure that everything is coordinated so the project starts on time. They need to have enough material and a dump truck so they don't get halfway through and then have to wait. The project manager needs to make sure his voicemail isn't full, return phone calls and emails, and explain why he's not doing that. These are the areas that could have been improved on for my project. It was a very expensive roof, and I was disappointed in how it played out. For example, it didn't start on time, and Abad worked on weekends by himself. The project manager was not on top of it. I expected more for a $40,000 roof. The quality of the workmanship is great, and hopefully it'll last a long time. I'm not a very knowledgeable person when it comes to roofing, but everything from the ground looks fine.
