Review: September 13, 2017Completion: August 4, 2017I used them 10 years ago and I didn't have any problems but this situation is not good. They are not trying to fix the situation. The communication is one place they can improve by calling back their customers. I think they need to give a full disclosure of the products and the materials they used. I haven't been able to get a break down of the materials they used on my project. I just hope they really did my roof properly and didn't leave other pieces of rotten wood up on the roof covered up.… Read more →

Review: August 31, 2016Completion: June 10, 2016I don't know that there was anything that could have been done better. It looks beautiful. I have had dozens of compliments. Everything is functioning well during bad weather. I give the entire experience an A+! I have to also add, Jonathan, our sales representative was also very charming, lovely, and easy to work with. Lastly, there was a lovely woman from British Columbia in the office who was very nice. The entire experience was very nice!
