Hire a project manager to work with your customers I am very happy with the end result, but the lack of communication is a seriously concerning for a customer. With a purchase this big I would expect to be kept in the loop for critical details regarding project dates. You need to hire a project manager or a general contractor that would be able to be the point of contact for a specific customer.

“What was missing from an otherwise successful purchase was a project manager. Someone that could keep me updated on the start date, assist the remote teams with everything they need and stay in communication with me before and during the installation.I found out later that Ross Peterson was supposed to be the Project manager. He only operated as a salesman. He sold us the product and I never heard from him again. FedEx shows up without any interlock employees forcing me to miss work. The product sat in my driveway for a month before workers suddenly showed up. The work was completed before I was ever given an invoice with an accurate total. I had to call and request the amount to pay weeks after the work was complete and it had a $4000 difference than the original estimate. All of these issues would be solved if you hired a Project manager to work with the customers after they have purchased your product. Ross Peterson is not that person.”
