It’s such a relief to have a beautiful, reliable roof over our house now. We’re also nestled pretty tightly in between three other houses, so access points were somewhat limited. But they rose to the challenge admirably. Tearing off the old composite shingle took the better part of one day, but they managed to get new underlayment installed everywhere by the end of it. Unsurprisingly, they found some water damage along the way as well, so they had to replace a few boards, which set them back a little. But all in all, they finished within the week and we’re so pleased with the result. It rained hard the day after and all the old leaks we had stayed nice and dry. Our neighbors complimented us on the new roof as well.
