“The installation schedule wasn't remotely close to what was promised upon signing the contract, which affected other work that we had scheduled. I attribute this to overly optimistic sales talk, an unprecedented stretch of rain in the spring, and perhaps high demand and a limited number of installtion crews in a weird economy. That said, worse things can happen than your new roof being delayed a few months.”
