The sales reps I worked with were helpful. I submitted a deposit and then when I realized I needed to cancel the contract, within the timeframe contractually allowed, that is when I realized I needed to send a registered letter. Vladimir was confused when I asked him about it. I'm unsure if he fulfilled that request. My upstairs level was noticeably warmer last winter and cooler this summer because of the new reflective and insulating roof.

Our new roof is so beautiful we’re thinking of charging a fee to all the gawking neighbors that stop by to admire it!!! This was fun, positive experience from start to finish.
