Metal Shingles Vancouver, WA Review 🇺🇸 — March 26, 2019 | Interlock®
Vancouver, WA
1. Improve communication from beginning to end of project. We had to initiate communications and follow up. Good communications should be a basic business practice.2) Order all supplies before starting jobs. We had piecemeal supplies coming so that the installers had to wait on them. That is unacceptable.3) Make sure all permits are applied for and received before starting job. We had to insist on getting our permit and it hadn't even been applied for. If I recommend Interlock to anyone, I will definitely tell them to be proactive about their permits, scheduling and ordering of materials!!The salesperson should be responsible to know if permitting is required or not.
