Office staff need to start answering calls but if not possible return calls in a timely manor. It was disappointing that the original finish of our tiles was no longer available. Roof now two different colours.

I would appreciate better communication. We were told 6-8 weeks, and it was over 10 before we heard back from you. I called a couple of times, and dates were not firm. It took longer to make the roof as well than we were told: almost 10 days, as opposed to five.
I had our new aluminum shingle roof slate colour installed during the beginning of 2020. Bruce Mehuys our sales person was very knowlegable and professional. Even though their pricing is higher than steel roofing. Their aluminum shingles was superior and overall costs long term was much better. Our installer Tony did an amazing job. After a year of installation during a major wind storm we had one shingle come off as it wasn't screw in, however after calling warranty service the shingle was repaired very quickly and no hassles. The only complaint I have is with the time it took for the warranty to be sent. It took over 2 months from completion for the warranty to arrive. The sales team was also not very helpful only saying it will come. My suggestion would be to provide a target time frame as saying it will come is not very reassuring for the amount of money spent.

Time management could be improved, the full installation took two and half weeks, thier professionalism needs to be worked on as well for example no one showed up for days and i had to call and ask what was going on.
Assuming we get a referral bonus....dinner, cash, etc.. Providing a second crew member. Not to speed up the project but simply to provide a safety net for the only worker on scene. Seems to be a bit of a 'working at heights' disaster waiting to happen. We have not yet received our warranty registration package.An additional survey should be mailed out 5, 10, 15, 20 years from now to ensure product longevity reviews.
