When Mr. Rasmussen and that other guy were over here, I thought they did a great job and I gave them a check for $5000. We told them that there was some water damage and they said it would be okay if rain came before they did the work because they would send a repairman to put a tarp on the roof. Rain came but they hadn't done that, so we had to put a tarp up ourselves. I then complained to him and he apologized and said that he had forgotten and needed to take closer notes.
The company was very informative and efficient, and we are happy with both the aesthetic and practical results. We are also happy to have a greater sense of security about the danger posed by fire, which has been a worry because we live in a forested area far from emergency services. The workers were polite and professional and cleaned up the site pretty well. It was expensive, but we're very satisfied with the work.
We really liked the product. Damon, the sales guy, was exceptional in explaining everything to us. It was just too much money.
Communication. Setting realistic expectations. Following through on commitments. Overall integrity. Original schedule was an August installation. Old roof was taken off in October and install was not complete until late December. Communications regarding schedule and delays were non-existent and each time I initiated contact and was given new estimated dates the dates were not honored and contact wasn't made.
