“Colin knew the product no question about it. I would have liked however to be told about the edging that drops down onto the fascia. The big selling feature of the shake design for us was it's ability to with stand up to 1.25" dia. hail (This is what we were told). This is what untimely sold me on the product. I was disappointed to see such a wide trim piece going down over the fascia that looks like it will be extremely vulnerable to hail damage and looks to be virtually impossible to replace since it was the first piece installed. My roofing may survive the hail but I'll have to have the roof taken off in order to replace the trim piece. Colin also did not have any samples with him and I had to request a sample be sent from your manufacturing facility.”

“All emails were replied to very promptly. A++++Where you failed at was communication between your departments. I specifically asked for the produce to NOT be blocking the driveway. I moved it all myself to the deck area where I requested it to be put.I had added to my file (I have emails confirming) that 1" Fascia (smart board) was being used and we needed the roof to be offset accordingly. When the installer arrived I questioned him about it. He had no knowledge about the 1" material we were going to be using. House had aluminum fascia currently.Lastly, we needed two areas of the roof to be roughed in so my siding contractor could install the siding over your roofing edging. My contractor prepped the area so your crew could come in and do their work.Crew showed up very promptly which was great. However they did more that just these two areas, They did a "Dry In". Had we known this was going to be done my contractor would have removed all the fascia that was on the house. It was very difficultly to remove with the trim over hanging covering aprox. 30% of the fascia area. Some of the roof trim was damaged trying to remove the old fascia. In the end it all worked out but caused a lot of unnecessary work, grief.”

“Beautiful product,neighbors wont even talk to me, they are all jealous.I'm just worried about that fascia trim that is north facing (The direction all our hail storms hit from.) Again the majority of the reason we went with this product is the hail resistance it will withstand. I am hoping it is as tough as I was told as next insurance claim I will be dropped, 3 strikes your out....”
