I feel that they could have improved on date slippages. We were getting really worried because we were moving into weather that would not be cooperative with the installation . We also had a deadline because we had to travel, but we were told everything was delayed. Interlock Roofing listened to our concerns and they pulled the crew in to get the job done. We had a bit of a run around with that, but they showed up and it was all resolved. We had 2 air vents on top of the house and we have a black roof, so when Niel and Bruce came they suggested we contact a particular firm to get the vents in black. They installed the 2 vents, but instead of the vents being black, they installed them in silver. We knew that they could be bought in black, but they did not mention anything about that. They way that they resolved that issue was by just painting them black. I was happy that they resolved the issue quickly, but I would have rather them installed black ones. I am worried about the paint chipping or peeling in the future. They promised that they would come back and clean the debris out of the eavestroughs, but they never did.
