It was all about the logistics of getting started. We would have preferred that when the materials were delivered, that it had been installed within the week or two weather permitting.While the pallet of supplies was in our driveway, it was blocking an entrance into our garage and blocking the view, while it was there someone actually broke into our garage. There was no reason given by the office or the installers for the delay, the weather was great. Then there was no notice that they were coming, one of our cars was actually blocked in the garage by the dumpsters while they were there, so we were down to one car for the duration of the installation. It would have been nice to have some notice.
