In my opinion, it would be better if the salesman would transparently present whether or not you can walk on the roof. Different types of roof can be stepped on, but others cannot. I think it would be good if the salesperson would indicate whether or not you can walk on certain types of roofing. Breaking down the types of roofing and whether or not you can walk on it, or the weight limit, would be useful. If you need someone to fix something like the chimney, they need to be able to walk to that area, and sometimes they cannot walk on the roof. It would be good if the installers provided photographs of the project and the work completed so that you can see any progress or issues that arise during the project. I think this would be good for any customer, so that you can see how the job was done and if there are any difficulties with the project or anything else.
